Media Pro Player
The Media Pro Player is a professional product for transmitting files of various or IP streams in television distribution systems.
Multimedia content can be mixed with traditional TV programs using a DVB-T output channel or an IPTV channel.
Using the Media Pro Player, informative or entertainment content can be added to traditional television by incorporating videos, images, documents, or streaming from the internet.
How it works
Media content
Programs
Four independent programs can be used, with programmable LCN.
Programs can be transmitted using an RF DVB-T/C channel or Unicast/Multicast streams over IPTV.
Play modes
Content for each program can be played in 3 different modes:
• Single play: single file/stream played in infinite loop
• Playlist: user-made list of contents, each played sequentially
• Scheduler: each content or playlist is scheduled on hourly and daily basis
Programming
Files are converted and transferred to the device’s memory using the GDS Manager software and a LAN connection to the device.
Setup and management can be done over local network or remotely, using the free GD Service Cloud service.

Video files in avi, mov, mp4, webm, mkv, ts, flv, mpeg, ogv, vob or wmv format.
Document files in pdf format.
Image files in bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg or png format.
Video streams in HTTP, HTTPS, HLS, UDP, RTP, RTSP or MPEG-DASH format .
RF and IPTV output
Four independent programs, with programmable LCN.
RF output with DVB-T/C standard, or Unicast/Multicast IPTV output.
Scheduler and playlist
Each content or can be programmed to be played on hourly and daily basis.
It is also possible to group contents to beplayed in a playlist.
Internal memory
The Media Pro Player can store contents in its internal memory. Memory size can reach 256 GB.
Easy setup
Management and file transfer can be done using the GDS Manager software. A free Cloud service allows remote management.
Modularity
The Media Pro Player is compatible with GTE-SX Series transmodulators . This way media content can be mixed with programs coming from a traditional TV headend.
