Features
Up to 6 Multistandard Inputs
Each DVB-S/S2/S2X input is compatible both with universal LNB/Multiswitch systems and with dCSS/SCR systems. DiSEqC 1.0 standard is also supported.
Multistream and T2-MI streams are supported.
Each DVB-T/T2 input is freely tuned on the TV bands.
Up to 6 output channels
Each output multiplex can distribute programs from any input (Full Multiplexer), with PID filtering and user-selectable parental control. The structure of the locked program list in the multiplex allows for changing programs without the need for retuning TV sets (PID Remapping); LCN control (LCN Monitor) ensures the allocation of unique LCNs across all output multiplexes.
Slot FlexCAM
The FlexCAM technology allows each hosted CAM to decode programs coming from any input.
Programming
GTE modules are connected to a RJ45 Ethernet port and managed using the free GDS Manager software, which allows fine tuning along advanced maintenance and administration operations.
Cloud
The software connection to a module can be both local and remote, using the free Cloud GD Service. Access to the system can be password-protected.
MER
The GTE-SX series boasts an output MER greater than 40 dB (typical > 42dB).
Remultiplexing and programmable MUX
The GTE transmodulators feature a modulator capable of generating up to 4 adjacent freely programmable DVB-T MUXes in the TV bands. Each MUX can distribute services coming from any input, and all of its characteristic parameters are customizable: NIT tables, LCN list, Program ID list, and MUX ID.
Parental Control
Each individual output program can be protected with parental control for all possible age values
Administration and maintenance
Advanced functions such as configuration backup/restore (even on a different system), reset, firmware update, and installation report are accessible through the GDS Manager software.
FlexCAM
The FlexCAM technology allows each hosted CAM to decode programs from any input.
Tivùsat certification
The GTE series is Tivùsat certified. A single module equipped with two Tivùsat professional CAM + SmartCard kits, can transmit up to 17 HD programs among the ones provided by the italian platform. This, along with all the advanced features, makes the GTE series an optimal solution for broadcasting the Tivùsat program bouquet.
